# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • These come together in under 35 minutes with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen
  • The combination of three cheeses creates the most incredible gooey, melty center that oozes out when you bite into them
  • They are impossible to resist straight from the oven, making them perfect for feeding a hungry crowd
02 -
  • Make sure to tuck the pointed tip of each triangle underneath the rollup, otherwise they will unroll while baking and your cheese will escape onto the baking sheet
  • The rollups are done when they are a deep golden brown color, not just lightly golden, because you want that flaky, fully cooked texture
03 -
  • Let the rollups rest for at least 3 minutes before serving, otherwise the molten cheese will burn everyone and you will feel terrible about it
  • Brushing them with a second coat of garlic butter immediately after they come out of the oven makes them absolutely irresistible
